The common misconception I frequently experience, is that people believe I’m just here to ‘help them get fit’, and that’s not a lie, but it doesn’t just stop there…
When it comes to fitness, there is a lot more involved than meets the eye. I bet you didn’t know that 80% of what you’ll achieve is based on what you eat? & that the other 20% is based on training? Not to mention, the habits and lifestyle choices we develop are due to the surroundings we grow up in?
To me, the definition of ‘fit’ and ‘healthy’ is much more than just what you eat or how you train. It starts with who you are. Your mind, is the most powerful organ in your body, so I believe, that training your mind to form a different way of thinking, is what will truly lead you to the change you want to see in yourself.
